At Seattle Skin and Laser we’ve been working with the latest technology from Cutera for body sculpting and I wanted to share my experience with the truSculpt ID. I’ve worked with many RF (radio frequency) devices for body sculpting and tightening over the years and I’m pleased to say this exceeds all of them.

truSculpt iD is a game-changer in removing troublesome fat and creating the body definition you want. Because of how this device is designed we’re able to treat multiple body areas simultaneously and customize treatments no matter your shape or body type. Treatment time typically takes 15 to 30 minutes. We are getting correction with a single session and additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire. It’s safe to treat over tattoos and all skin types. With truSculpt iD we’re also able to tighten loose skin which makes it effective on stretch marks or laxity under the neck and arms for example. Besides the common body areas that tend to hold onto stubborn fat like the abdomen, thighs, knees, bra line and flanks, we are also helping with the areas above c section scars and improving uneven liposuction results. The paddles are so versatile and can be placed almost anywhere.

Some of the patient feedback I hear is that it doesn’t hurt, their pants are buttoning easier, results are even and consistent, improved body definition, and happy to be able to return to their normal activities right away.

truSculpt iD is a comfortable treatment with no downtime. We do recommend you be well hydrated before your session. You will have redness at the treatment site that should start to subside within 30-60 minutes. After treatment, you can go about your regular physical activities. truSculpt iD has been FDA approved for an average permanent fat reduction of 24% per session at 12 weeks post.
