Sunny hot days call for finding ways to stay cool under the shade or on your patio. For some, it is hard to stay hydrated because drinking plain water can be boring. A good way to stay refreshed is by drinking fresh fruit water. It is super easy and hydrating if you use the right fruits and vegetables. If plain water isn’t for you, why not make your own limeade? To add a twist to any limeade simply add one cucumber in the blender along with your regular limeade ingredients. It is so easy that you don’t even need to peel the cucumber! Just add sugar as desired to taste and Wa-La!

Follow this easy-to-create Martha Stewart Recipe. I adjust mine by omitting salt.
