When October hits, it’s time for fall skincare tips! My favorite autumn activity is carving pumpkins and making pumpkin cookies but you know what else pumpkins are great for? Your SKIN! They contain vitamins A, C, E, zinc, potassium

and antioxidants that can help with redness, tightening and softening your skin. What better way to take advantage of these great natural skin boosters than to take 30 minutes of you day to relax and having glowing skin.

All you need to do in order to take advantage of these fall skincare tips is take a look in your pantry! The following three ingredients are all you need for our pumpkin facial mask:

2 Tbsp organic canned pumpkin puree or 1 small pumpkin
1/2 tsp organic honey
1/2 tsp milk (I used skim, but you can substitute soy or almond)

Want an exfoliating mask? Just add 1/2 tsp of sugar

Mix together in a bowl and wa-la!

You always want to start with clean skin, so remove all make up and wash your face with a gentle cleanser. (Epionce’s Gentle Foaming Cleanser)

Apply the mask using your finders or a make-up brush

Make sure to not get too close to your eyes

Let it sit for 20 mins. Read a book, watch the Ellen Show or take a bubble bath.

Wash off the mask with warm water and a damp washcloth.

Don’t forget to apply your facial moisturizer at the end! (Epionce’s Renewal Facial Lotion is one of our favorites for the dryer, cooler months!)

This is one of our favorite fall skincare tips and one of the best facial masks that is made up of all natural ingredients!
